Customer Satisfaction Policy
- At Keep Cleaning Services, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something doesn’t meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we’ll return to correct any issues at no extra cost. Our commitment is to excellence. Please note: we do not guarantee revisions after the 24-hour period, so we recommend checking the property soon after the cleaning and letting us know immediately if anything needs attention.
Cancelation Policy
- We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel your scheduled service. This allows us to reorganize our team and serve other clients in the Bay Area.
- If cancelation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, or in the event of a no-show without prior notice, a $150 fee will be charged on your next visit.
We appreciate your understanding and your help in keeping our schedule running smoothly.
Extra Services Policy
- In addition to regular cleanings, we offer on-demand extra services such as organizing cabinets, cleaning inside appliances, and more.
- To ensure quality service, extra services must be requested in advance during the booking process.
