Pricing depends on the type of service, the size and condition of your space.
That’s why we offer a free on-site assessment in the Bay Area to provide a fair and customized quote with no obligation.

Not at all. Many of our clients trust us with their keys.
But if you prefer to be present, our team is happy to work around your schedule.

We recommend booking at least 3 to 5 business days in advance, especially for Deep Cleaning or special services.
We may also accommodate urgent requests just reach out and we’ll do our best!

For recurring cleanings, we do our best to send the same team because we know that consistency builds trust and comfort.

Yes. If you prefer a more sustainable option, just let us know during booking and we’ll use eco-friendly, non-toxic products.

We accept cash, Zelle, and other digital payment methods.
Payment details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

It’s totally up to you.
If you’d like to leave a key securely, we follow strict safety protocols.
We can also coordinate access with a real estate agent or family member if needed.

Even if you have regular cleaning, we recommend scheduling a Deep Cleaning at least once a year.
This ensures a full hygiene refresh especially in hard-to-reach areas that routine cleaning doesn’t cover.

Cancelation Policy

At Keep Cleaning Services, we understand that unexpected things happen.
Sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service and we’re here to help with flexibility and respect for your time.

To keep our schedule organized and fair for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancelations.

Last-minute cancelations prevent other families from enjoying that same time slot.
For that reason, if we don’t receive notice via call or message by the agreed time, a $150 fee will apply to your next scheduled cleaning.

We appreciate your understanding and support of this policy.
